Just finished my daily routine today. When I finally have time to discuss about one thing that stuck in my head for this whole week. I want to discuss about emotional needs and how much of it you really need it.
Each of us have a different amount of emotional needs just like a basic needs. Some of us might need a different doze of it.Just like one of us need more water rather than food and some more of us need more sleep rather than food.
Just like I thought we have different level of needs regarding this, sometimes this translate as an aspirations. Funny thing we figure out that this specific and unique aspirations will become basic of life style, the way we choose our career, the way we choose our future.
This understanding of a doze of needs is basically lying unconsciously for everybody. This knowledge will shape their preference, their behavior and their comfort zone. Furthermore their understanding of how life supposed to be lived.
Here are the list of basic emotional need that need to be feed in various level.

This kind of unconscious understanding I believed at one point need to be spill out somehow. To help us understanding other people needs , so in turn you can help yourself articulate your needs better.
