Hi, I decided to keep on digging on the area of TVA (Tax sur la value ajoote) in here Belgium. Last post, I find that for every basic need stuff , Belge will only apply 6% based on the total price of each stuff.

Below is one of the example, last weekend I went to the Freshmed a Libanes store, in Etterbeek. Since most of the stuff there sold are the basic need , no wonder the TVA applied for my stuff there are only 6%.
In Freshmed, I can see there are a lot of Libanese, Mediteranian stuff there, for example, variety of dates, variety of pasta, variety of seeds, kunnafee, etc.
Related to the reporting financial statement status, I believe this kind of store is classified as supermarket, therefore they have to follow IFRS regulation.
Another example, last weekend I went shopping to a weekend market, in Flagey area. Where many people sell legumes, fruit, honey, milk, cheese spread, fish, flower, etc. I wonder how the tax applied there. So, below is the example.

I bought carrot a kilo and bought some other legumes. and voila! It stated clearly that the TVA is not applied there.
Anyway, I need to check furthermore related to the product, when I buy it in the supermarket (macht) and in the warehouse (colruyt).
I also happen to bought, a milk , pasta and honey, but they didn’t gave us the invoice. I should request it anyway.
